Eric dropped out of school as soon as he could, and has done odd unskilled jobs since then - but only when they don't get in the way of his gaming. Currently, he works on a support desk for a technology company, though doesn't understand much about what it is he does. He also works part time for the council, scanning bits of paper.

His life though is defined by the games that he plays, enjoying most those based around modern warfare. He's even done a bit of pistol shooting himself, though his practical skills aren't as good as he brags.
