Jeff Wu works as a body guard for the board members of a large biotech company. Though he prefers to use a gun, gun restrictions sometimes prevent him from doing so, so he is also specialised in close combat.
Jeff has a habit of humming or whistling (badly) to himself, much to the annoyance of those who work with him.
By taking Gun fu, he is able to use Agility for both brawling and pistol combat, reducing the need for a high Dexterity. This puts him at a disadvantage outside of close combat situations, but he doesn't expect to get into those too often.
Reflexes gives him a high initiative, and a high Health (together with Fit) provide him with excess fatigue to burn in order to increase it further with Surprise Attack. As a bodyguard, most combats will be quick, and acting first will be important.
The rest of his techniques are designed to allow him to take people down as quickly as possible.
